The Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning will play a critical role in shaping and executing OTPP's talent strategy for the Investments division globally, while also supporting enterprise-wide Talent Management practices. This role provides strategic talent advisory services, facilitates bespoke leadership and learning solutions, and ensures robust succession planning and talent management to drive business performance and advance enterprise priorities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour, Leadership Development, IO Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 12–15 years progressive experience in dynamic human resources, talent and/or human capital consulting
- Experience developing and running enterprise-wide talent management, succession and related programs
- Coaching certification and experience with assessment tools (SuccessFinder, Hogan, etc.) and skills assessment
- Experience conducting and debriefing 360 feedback preferred
- Exceptional ability to partner and collaborate to find solutions that meet business needs
- Expertise in talent management/succession planning, psychometric assessments, and executive coaching
- Ability to think strategically and implement scalable solutions
- Extraordinary communication, facilitation and influencing skills, with ability to develop relationships across the enterprise and across levels
- Ability to meet deadlines, work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence to establish trust, maintain confidential information and develop positive relationships
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization in traditional center of excellence (COE) model
