Head of Customer Retention

WPML is a mature company that needs someone to own customer retention. The ideal candidate has experience in a self-serve B2B SaaS company, is data-fluent, and has moved a retention metric at a previous company. The role involves leading a team, working with Support, Engineering, and Product, and using AI tools to drive results.

Requirements

• Own retention metrics, including churn rate, renewal rate, and net revenue retention
• Lead the existing Retention team and shape its evolution
• Work with Support, Engineering, and Product to drive retention-critical fixes
• Use AI tools to drive results and make data-driven decisions
• Have measurably moved a retention metric at a previous company
