Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer to own meaningful features, build reliable systems, and work in a mature engineering environment. The role involves building and maintaining robust Ruby on Rails systems used at scale, working closely with product and other engineers to solve real user problems, and improving performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong backend engineering skills and database experience
• Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E)
• Experience building and running production systems
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Experience with Web APIs
