Job Description
Regional Sales Manager position at OnTrac, responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. The role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac's logistics solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
