Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Warrnambool Place Care Community.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA RN registration (3+ years)
- Strong clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
- Knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC & governance
- Passion for mentoring and building strong teams
- Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
- Willing to complete: medical, police check & NDIS Screening
