Job Description
We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents.
Requirements
- A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.
- Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
- Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
- A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
- Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check
