Job Description
At Opal HealthCare, we're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents in a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of $40.90 - $42.48 plus 12% superannuation.
Requirements
- Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded)
- Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team
- Relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable
