Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a Regional Support Manager to support their VIC South care communities in Victoria and Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Aged Care leadership skills, be fully flexible to travel, and have a strong ability to adapt their leadership style.

- AHPRA Registration
- Ability to travel and meet organizational demands
- Self-motivated leadership skills
- Coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience in Aged Care
