We're seeking a Relief Customer Support Manager to support our Victorian Care Communities. The successful candidate will provide relief support across multiple Care Communities, welcome new enquiries, and deliver warm, informative tours. They will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, supporting new CSM onboarding and training, and assisting with reception and administration as required.
