Opdenergy is looking for an M&A Associate to support its projects globally, based in Madrid or Sevilla. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector, and a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Requirements
- Support M&A transactions across multiple geographies
- Update M&A pipeline and deal status in internal reporting tools
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Build and review financial models
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentation materials
- Participate in the due diligence process
- Analyze market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess transaction feasibility and risk
- Monitor and support post-closing activities
- Contribute to strategic initiatives
