Restaurant Floor Manager

Situated in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster is a vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. We are looking for a Floor Manager to lead the floor with energy, guide and motivate the team, and make sure every guest feels genuinely looked after.

Requirements

• Lead the floor with presence and positivity, keeping service smooth and upbeat.
• Welcome and engage with guests, tailoring their experience and making confident food & drink recommendations.
• Support and coach the team in the moment, keeping them motivated and focused.
• Oversee events alongside day-to-day service, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Keep an eye on the details from atmosphere and standards to stock and equipment.
• Solve challenges quickly and calmly, keeping the team and guests at ease.
