Experience in bar operations, strong understanding of stock control and beverage GP, excellent communication and leadership skills
Waiter/Waitress
Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and high standards
Restaurant Floor Manager
Strong communication skills, a calm, solutions-focused approach, and a sharp eye for detail
Chef De Partie
Enthusiastic, dedicated, exceptional focus on consistency and cleanliness
Waiter/Waitress
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, friendly attitude, and high standards of service
Bartender
Previous bartending experience and high standards in every drink served
Chef De Partie
Minimum 2 years' kitchen experience, exceptional focus on consistency, and understanding of health and safety regulations
Restaurant Host/Hostess
Previous hosting experience, confident using booking systems, and ability to stay calm under pressure
