The Lighterman is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and deliver excellent service in a dynamic pub and dining room environment.
Requirements
- Previous hosting experience in a busy, multi-floor venue or events-led environment
- Confidence using booking systems (experience with SevenRooms is a plus)
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
