Chef De Partie

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at The Broadcaster in London, White City. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating dishes to perfection, collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service, and maintaining high standards of consistency, flavour, presentation, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 2+ years' kitchen experience
• Exceptional focus on consistency, flavour, presentation and cleanliness
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene
