The Broadcaster is a dynamic venue with four floors including a stunning rooftop terrace, serving fresh, seasonal cooking made from scratch. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade.

Requirements

• Strong background in 2 Rosette-level kitchens
• Passionate about British gastro-pub cuisine
• Confidently lead and support a large team
• Maintain high standards in taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
• Act as a strong right hand to the Head Chef
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team
• Mentor and develop teams
• Positive and solution focused mindset
