Sr Customer Training Specialist

We are looking for a Sr Customer Training Specialist to coordinate and administer training classes for the APAC region. The role involves scheduling training classes, maintaining accurate data, and providing high-level customer service to external and internal customers.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced high-tech environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• University Degree (Business or marketing background preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
