We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build internal tools, automations, and micro-products that will improve the output of our GTM team. You will work horizontally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales teams to design and ship systems that turn messy, high-volume information into clean, repeatable, measurable motion.

- Use AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to turn messy, high-volume information into clean, repeatable, measurable motion
- Prototype, instrument, and measure experiments that improve top-of-funnel reach, personalization and segmentation, speed to lead, conversion by stage, and rep productivity cycle time
