GTM engineer

GTM engineer needed to design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products to improve the output of the GTM team. Work will involve understanding GTM workflows, building internal tools, and creating structured systems to turn raw signal into actionable insights. The role will play a central role in scaling the GTM function and influencing Open's growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Work horizontally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales
• Design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products
• Use AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to turn messy information into clean motion
• Fluent in data and comfortable being scrappy
• Cross-functional glue, able to sit with various stakeholders and translate their needs into tools
• Creative and unafraid to be wrong, generating ideas and testing them quickly
