GTM engineer

Open.cx is seeking a GTM engineer to build the foundation for high-growth scale-up operations. The role involves designing and shipping internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products to improve GTM output 10x.

Requirements

• Work horizontally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales
• Design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products
• Use AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to turn messy information into clean motion
• Fluent in data and comfortable being scrappy
• Pulling from various tools and data sources doesn't intimidate you
• Cross-functional glue to translate needs into tools
• Creative and unafraid to be wrong
