Job Description
OpenAI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex deployments of frontier models in production. This role involves embedding deeply with customers to solve high-leveraged problems, focusing on speed, quality, and clear communication. The ideal candidate will own technical delivery across multiple deployments and work collaboratively with Product, Research, and GTM teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
- Experience with complex systems in fast-moving environments
- Experience with production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks
- Experience with LLMs or generative models
- Strong communication skills
