Job Description
OpenAI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex deployments of frontier models in production. This role involves embedding deep with customers to solve high-leverage problems, delivering urgency and ambiguity, and ensuring clarity within teams. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in front-end, back-end, and LLM model deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
- Experience with customer-facing work
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
- Experience with LLMs or generative models
