Job Description
Join OpenAI's GTM Growth team as a Growth Product Manager to build internal products and AI capabilities that help scale our go-to-market organization. Develop and drive the product vision and roadmap for GTM AI systems, improving pipeline generation, seller productivity, and revenue execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in agentic systems, GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, or AI workflow products
- Strong fluency in modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, lead-to-quote, enrichment, routing, attribution, billing, or customer lifecycle tools
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment, executive communication, and data-driven decision making
