Job Description
The Solutions Architecture team at OpenAI is focused on ensuring the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications for developers and enterprises. They act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, guiding customers through ideation, development, delivery, and scaling. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver high-fidelity product and model feedback. It's a hybrid position with 3 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or ML engineer
- Passion for startups and belief in their potential
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and AI/LLM best practices
- Built and/or delivered prototypes
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with multiple concurrent projects
