Job Description
The Solutions Engineering team is seeking a technical and product-minded Solutions Engineer to help customers deploy Generative AI applications. This role focuses on providing high-fidelity feedback, building tools, and collaborating with Sales, Architecture, and Research teams to accelerate AI product development on OpenAI's platform. The position requires a strong understanding of AI/LLM best practices and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or equivalent.
- Passion for startups and a belief in their potential to become large enterprises.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and a strong grasp of AI/LLM best practices.
- Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on top of our API platform.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities to maximize business value through the OpenAI API.
