Job Description
The Technical Deployment Lead will be accountable for making early design partner deployments successful, from initial scoping and success criteria through production adoption and demonstrated value. This is an ops-heavy, technically deep role that requires driving alignment across OpenAI and customer stakeholders, running the delivery plan across interdependent workstreams, and ensuring enterprise constraints are handled upfront. The role will be based in San Francisco or New York City, and relocation assistance will be offered.
