Operations Support Engineer

We are looking for an Operations Support Engineer to support, debug, and improve the functionality and performance of applications and systems running on high availability production environments.

Requirements

• Owning and investigating production issues at both an application and database level
• Producing robust, well-written solutions for production issues
• Effectively communicating investigation status to the customer
• Deployment of fixes to production environments
• Escalate to senior team members as appropriate to resolve issues
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
