Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build the demand generation engine for our advertiser and agency facing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation and performance marketing, with experience managing a small team and allocating a marketing budget with clear accountability to ROI and efficiency metrics.
Requirements
- Proven demand generation and performance marketing track record in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Hands on proficiency with modern martech: marketing automation, CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), analytics platforms, and AI powered content and campaign tools
- Fluency with AI and automation as daily operating tools
- Experience managing and allocating real marketing budget with clear accountability to ROI and efficiency metrics
- Ability to build systems from scratch: outbound workflows, lead routing, vendor management, campaign infrastructure, and reporting dashboards
