Job Description
OpenPayd is building a universal financial infrastructure to power the growth of the digital economy with its rails-agnostic approach. They are seeking a Claims Operations Associate to manage and investigate claims, ensure compliance, and contribute to the overall claims process. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (C1) is a must - both written and spoken
- Previous experience in either an online payments or financial services environment
- Previous experience in claims or complaints handling
- Ability to process information from a variety of sources and be confident in suggesting a course of action
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Good attention to details
- Knowledge of Excel, Tableau or Salesforce
