OpenPayd is building a universal financial infrastructure to power the growth of the digital economy. The Payments/Customer Operations Associate will communicate with service providers and customers, assist with liquidity management, and proactively identify areas of improvement in Operations processes.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (C1) is a must – both written and spoken
- Previous experience in either an online payments or financial services environment (e-wallets, banking, online-processing)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Payments / Customer Operations
