Director, Risk & Controls

OpenTable is an industry leader in restaurant reservation technology. As the Director, Risk & Controls, you will lead the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting and enterprise risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate material risks and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role that requires technical governance expertise and strategic partnership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in internal/external audit or risk management
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Proven track record with external audit experience (Big 4 preferred)
• SOX expertise in managing SOX compliance within complex, high-growth, or global environments
• Strategic acumen to connect technical systems, business products, and corporate strategy
