Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Mental Wellbeing) to provide guidance and resources to enhance users' mental well-being.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- BA degree in a people or business-related field
- Experience in customer support
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Solid computer skills
- Curiosity for AI and its potential in improving user engagement
