The Human Resources Operations Volunteer provides administrative and communications support to the Human Resources team at Operation Mobilization USA, assisting with payroll-related correspondence, HR communications, and office administrative functions.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in administrative support, office administration, payroll, or Human Resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint) helpful
- Customer service or office support experience preferred
