Job Description
OPO Health is a community-focused provider of Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty Home Care, founded with experienced leaders and a focus on creating better patient experiences. They are locally owned and operated and actively seek Occupational Therapists to provide care in Santa Clara, CA. This is a part-time or per diem position.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Minimum of one (1+) year of relevant experience
- Current CPR certification
- Caseload assignments based on location preference
