Requirements
- Active and unencumbered California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Minimum of one (1+) year of relevant experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Clear communication skills with physicians.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical notes.
