Job Description
OPO Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home health services to patients in a select location. The role involves assessing and treating patients in their home environment, preparing documentation, and collaborating with physicians and care providers.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered California Physical Therapy (PT) license
- Valid California driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Minimum of one (1+) year of relevant experience
- Current CPR certification
- Case consultation experience
