Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to create and generate a rewarding and unique member service experience. The representative will welcome members, process transactions, and educate them about Oportun's inclusive, affordable financial services. The role requires a team player with excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills. The position is full-time and requires a rotating schedule, including weekends.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people
- Love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities
- Available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating work schedule of hours based on store needs
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance to support store operations
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment such as, phones, scanners, and iPads
- Ability to organize and file paper documents
