Account Executive - Full Cycle Sales

Opreto is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to build and scale its sales function, with a focus on organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, greenhouse/CEA, and education. The ideal candidate will enjoy building from the ground up, thrive in ambiguity, and have real ownership and direct impact on company growth.

Requirements

• Own the full sales cycle end to end
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Diagnose customer problems and position solutions consultatively
• Manage deal momentum through complex sales conversations and close high-value contracts

Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 CAD
• OTE: $110,000 - $150,000+ CAD (uncapped commission)
