Job Description
The Team Lead, Optical Lab will act as a working lead while providing support to the overall lab functions. They will coordinate the workflow to ensure unit performance is maintained and oversee the work of the division/team staff.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in applicable functional area
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the functions of all Optical Technician jobs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting department timelines
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to carry/lifting to up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
