Human Resources Coordinator

Optima Dermatology is recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator to support their Practice Support Center in Portsmouth, NH. The role plays a critical role in supporting the organization through growth, operational improvement, and cultural evolution.

Requirements

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Multiple years of human resource experience preferred
• Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Operations role with exposure to employee lifecycle administration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and comfort working in HR systems (Paylocity or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with employees, managers, and senior HR leaders
