Hospice RN Case Manager

As a hospice RN case manager, you will be responsible for administering skilled nursing care and case management to terminally ill patients and their families in a home or facility setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
