Optimal Care is a clinician-owned and operated company that provides Physician Services, Home Health, and Hospice Care in the Midwest. As a Hospice RN Clinical Manager, you will oversee the delivery of professional services to hospice patients and families, ensuring quality and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• 2-3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards
