Patient Onboarding Specialist

As a Patient Onboarding Specialist at Optimal Care, you will be responsible for converting referrals for delivery of services, taking referrals, data entry, answering inquiries, and disseminating information about the agency. You will work in a fast-paced office environment, helping people and managing the entire intake process to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills
• Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
