Job Description
Optimal Home Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide services to patients in the comfort of their own home, with a passion for improving quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and demonstrate evidence-based treatment skills.
Requirements
- Active license to practice in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist (preferable)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
