Physical Therapist

Optimal Home Care is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide services to our patients, helping them achieve and maintain the best possible quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.

Requirements

• Holds an active license and can practice in the state of Colorado
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Adequate and effective interpersonal skills
