HR Technology Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned HR Technology Specialist to lead the administration, optimisation, and evolution of our HR systems landscape. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, external partners, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust, future ready system solutions.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles with strong systems administration exposure
• Proven experience with UKG or comparable enterprise HR platforms
• Experience managing integrated HR ecosystems including ATS and LMS platforms such as Jobvite and Docebo
• Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to problem solving
