Job Description
The Group Technology Officer will lead the digital transformation of the business, integrating AI-driven solutions with existing websites, CRM systems, and sales and aftersales processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technology experience at a senior level managing multiple technologies and tools
- Experience in Digital Transformation with CRM platforms and websites
- Experience with AI integration tools like chatbots and predictive analytics
- Retail expertise and experience working with always-on audience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IS, Business Technology or related field
