Marketing Operations Associate

Optimizely is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to provide operational support to the marketing team, including budgeting, spend tracking, and vendor management. The role will be instrumental in providing accuracy and efficiency across marketing operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a marketing operations role or an email marketing role
• Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
• Experience working with different stakeholders and project management tools
• CRM experience (Salesforce)
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Flexible and focused among competing priorities
• Analytical experience relating to ad hoc requests, operational improvement, and business intelligence tools
