Technical Support Engineer

At Optimove, we are looking for a talented and data-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and supporting Optimove’s production environment, and providing technical support to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar customer facing role
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Outstanding technical skills
• Experience with SQL
• Fast learner looking to be exposed to, and to work with, new technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities
• Agile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethics, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasks
