Job Description
An Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides direct patient care to patients in the home, evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
