Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing first level support, taking calls and handling incidents or service requests using the incident management system and request fulfilment processes. The ideal candidate has technical proficiency in desktop support, call logging tools, and various software and technologies.
Requirements
- 1 year of desktop support experience, preferably in a Financial Services Environment
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
- Technical proficiency in various software and technologies, including HP service centre, Remedy, Infra, Cisco Unified Call Manager, Bloomberg/Reuters, MCP/MCITP Windows 7, MCDST/MCSA, ITIL v3 Foundation, Data Centre experience, On call/Out of hours experience, Apple products/Mobile technologies
