Japan Business Leader/Country Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Leader to lead our efforts in Japan, responsible for driving revenue, shaping strategy, and building a team from the ground up. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, leadership, and regulatory compliance, with a deep understanding of the Japan market.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets.
• Established success in leadership positions, preferably within the SaaS or technology fields.
• Knowledgeable about Japanese regulations, including compliance with personal data protection laws and the sale of physical electronic goods.
• Experience overseeing eCommerce operations, particularly on platforms such as Amazon.
• Proven capability to create and implement go-to-market strategies specifically designed for the Japanese market.
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated history of building and expanding teams.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English languages.
